World Quality Day Celebration

‘World Quality Day’ is designed to recognize the quality contributions of professionals across the Globe and Bearys whole heartedly welcome this opportunity to celebrate the many achievements of the project team and the organization.

World quality day is celebrated on the second Thursday of November every year. 2008 witnessed the first World Quality Day conference at the Inmarsat Conference Centre in London which constituted a forum for innovation, inspiration, and creative ideas.

This year Bearys celebrated Quality Day at the NTT Data Centres in Chennai & Mumbai and Microsoft data centre in Hyderabad.

Weeklong competitions for slogan writing and drawing are held for the workforce and staff. Banners and posters encouraging ‘Quality’ are displayed in various locations of the project. The creative slogans, posters, drawings, and banners designed by the employees are displayed.

On this day, customers, senior management, vendors, and all employees are called for a glittering ceremony where together they raise the Quality Flag. This is followed by speeches from both management and customers on the importance of quality. Rewards and recognitions are distributed to the winners of the competitions and more especially to those who showcased quality in work. Sweets are distributed to all.

The Quality Day celebrations are concluded by lowering the quality flag and singing the national Anthem.
