Bangalore : The three-day multilingual calligraphy exhibition was held, at the Falcon’s Den at Prestige Falcon Towers on Brunton Road in Bangalore and was inaugurated by Mr. Irfan Razack, the C&MD of Prestige Group, Bangalore on Friday, 10th March 2023. Ms. Shabeena Sultana, Consul of the Republic of Tunisia, Bangalore and Pushpamala N, Artist, Sculptor, Writer, and Curator among other dignitaries were the Guests of Honour. The inaugural event was chaired by Mr. Syed Beary, Chairman of Bearys Group & IIIAC.
Renowned calligraphers & artists from more than 10 countries including Turkey, Japan, Sudan, and the Middle East and calligraphy experts in Urdu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, and other regional languages from various states of India participated in the event and presented their work that was displayed at the exhibition. A series of talks, discussions and seminars were also held as a part of three-day program. Ustad Muqtar Ahmed, Principal of IIIAC delivered a beautiful talk on Calligraphy.
