Our first large-scale data center project in Bengaluru City with excellent reliability and a convenient location – only 2 hours from the Bengaluru International Airport. A green marvel built by the Bearys Group; it has been awarded the highest green rating CII – Indian Green Building Council – IGBC Platinum certification.
2nd Data Centre, Bangalore
800,000 sq. ft.
Our 2nd Data Center in Bengaluru City, with a built-up area of 8,00,000 sq.ft. is underway. It demonstrates the Group’s experience & expertise in developing large-scale & world class Data Centres, and perhaps more significantly its prominent leadership in sustainable development.

Our maiden venture & first Data Centre in Navi Mumbai proves our mettle and showcases our tenacity and talent on new grounds. We have successfully surmounted several challenges including pandemic, lockdowns, flooding, and labour crisis and managed to keep the tempo and deliver one more landmark well ahead of schedule.

Our maiden Data Centre project in Chennai establishes our prowess in building high performance Data Centres and environmentally friendly structures across cities. Cable Landing Station, Chennai
5000 sq.ft.
A cable landing point (CLS)is where a submarine or other underwater cable makes landfall. Our partnership with NTT, Japan continues with the construction of a CLS in MRC Nagar Chennai. Recently e-inaugurated by the Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Hon’ble M.K Stalin it is a boon for the city.

Our first large-scale Data center project in Bangalore built on a unique design-build-deliver model is in a convenient location – only 2 hours from the Bengaluru International Airport. This Platinum IGBC LEED Certified building is another feature in our cap. The entire design, build and fit-out happened in just 180 days, from the start date of construction setting a record. This building represents the Groups commitment towards green building.

A cable landing point is the location where a submarine or other underwater cable makes landfall. Our relationship with NTT Limited, Japan continues with the construction of a cable landing station in MRC Nagar Chennai. It was recently e-inaugurated by the Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr. M.K Stalin.
