Mangaluru :The much-anticipated Bearys Turning Point Mall officially opened to the public on Saturday, April 26, with a grand inauguration ceremony in Deralakatte. Distinguished guests from various sectors launched key attractions within the 1.5 lakh sq. ft. mall, which features a multiplex, food court, bowling alley, gaming zones, kids’ play areas, and more.
Fr. Faustine Lobo inaugurated the Bowling Alley, Anand Pai opened the Multiplex Theatre, and Yenepoya Javed launched the Food Court. Rohit Bhat, Ashwin Sanil, Syed Mohammed Beary, Siddique Beary, and Mohammed Kunhi also took part in inaugurating various entertainment sections.
Chairman Syed Mohammed Beary reflected on the 12-year journey of the project, which was completed without loans or interest. He thanked the teams involved and emphasized the mall’s role in serving the growing Deralakatte region, especially its student population.
Dignitaries praised the mall’s location, ambience, and offerings, noting its significance in a developing area previously underserved by such facilities. The event also included a prayer session and concluded with a vote of thanks by Nandh Kumar, Head of Retail.
