Bangalore: The start of a new year is always a significant time for the Bearys Group, who view it as an opportunity to express gratitude for the blessings of the past year, honor those who have contributed to the organization, motivate employees to continue giving their best, and set new goals for the future. It is also a special occasion to recognize the crucial role that families play in supporting employees’ contributions.
On the first Saturday of the New Year, staff from all Bearys offices and project sites across Bangalore, Mangalore, Shimoga, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai, along with their families, gathered to celebrate. Mr. Syed Mohamed Beary, Chairman & Managing Director, personally visited each employee to acknowledge their performance and contributions.
The Rewards and Recognition segment included awards for the best employee at each project, the overall best performer of the group, and employees with over 10 years of service. In keeping with tradition, funds were also allocated to cover the educational expenses of employees’ meritorious children. Gift cards, based on years of service, were presented to all attendees. Newlyweds were honored, and the arrival of newborns was celebrated with generous cash gifts for the families.
The formal ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks and a presentation by Mr. Mazhar Beary, Executive Director, followed by a delightful lunch and a time of fellowship.
After lunch, a variety of recreational activities, including games and sports, were organized for the staff and their families to relax, bond, and create lasting memories, making it a truly special day for everyone involved.
