Bearys Group Annual Meet 2023

Bangalore: The beginning of a New year is always auspicious for the Bearys who believe that it is a time to be grateful for the blessings of the year gone by, to recognize and reward those who contributed to the organization, to motivate employee to give of their best and set its goals and road map. It is also a family day as Bearys acknowledges the vital part families play in the employees contribution.

On the first Saturday of the New Year, the office staff from all Bearys offices and project sites in Bangalore, Mangalore, Shimoga, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai gather along with their families to celebrate. Mr. Syed Mohamed Beary C&MD personally went around and acknowledged every employee for their performance.

Rewards and Recognition included – Best employee for each project, best performer of the group, long service of 10 years & above etc. As per the tradition Funds were also disbursed to meet the educational expense of employee’s meritorious children. Gift cards based on tenure of service were distributed to all the attendees. The Newlyweds were felicitated, and the birth of new-borns was also announced with attractive cash gifts for both.

The formal ceremony was concluded by a vote of thanks and Presentation by Mr. Mazhar Beary, Executive Director followed by a sumptuous lunch and fellowship.

Post lunch a host of recreation activities (games & sports) were organized for the staff and families to unwind and create a bonding and make it a memorable day for all.
