On the successful completion of two prestigious Data Centre Parks namely ‘NTT Global Data Centre DC-2A, Ambattur, Chennai’ & ‘DC-3X, Whitefield, Bangalore’ for their esteemed client NTT Global (Japan), the Bearys (developer) as the tradition goes held a Felicitation & Celebration event at Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai on 19th & 20th August 2023 to felicitate & recognize the people behind this achievement.
While all those involved and contributed their part were rewarded for their individual contribution, collaborative team effort, leadership, hard work, and sacrifice. The top performers were publicly honoured and gifted higher incentives & rewards in the presence of their families whose sacrifice was also deeply valued by the organization which considers them equal partners without whose support & sacrifice, the staff member would not be able to deliver their best.
The Chairman personally applauded and shook hands with each and every team member from managers to workmen without any distinction of rank and delivered an inspiring & motivating speech. He called upon staff to raise the bar and take a paradigm shift for which he suggested a Change of Strategy, taking Ownership, Thought Leadership as important aspects which need to be consciously adopted. All Directors, Project managers and members of the Management Team spoke a few words of encouragement motivating each and every member of the team to better their best and Deliver Excellence. All Associates such as Architects, Consultants, Vendors, Contractors were invited as a part of the Bearys larger team. A grand dinner was hosted by the Group for all participants & families wherein the Associates were also felicitated for their contribution. The evening programme was held at Illam Hospitality & Banquets, Chennai and the gathering was entertained & enthralled by a stand-up comedian and Bearys In-house talented singers.
