Bengaluru: Bearys achieved a significant milestone at the Green Karnataka Summit 2026, held on 6 February 2026 at Hotel Shangri-La, Bengaluru, by securing two prestigious Net-Zero Energy Building Awards.
His Grace – Bearys Corporate Office, Residency Road, Bangalore received the Net Zero Energy Building Award (Design Category) for its innovative and energy-efficient design.
Badriya Jum’A Masjid – Beach Road, Kodi, Kundapura, Udupi District earned the Net Zero Energy Platinum Award (Operations Category) for excellence in operational energy performance.
The awards were received by Mr. Ramesh Suthar, GM – Green Initiatives, along with the Bearys team.
Adding to the company’s strong presence at the summit, Mr. Syed Mohamed Beary, Founder & Chairman of Bearys Group and Senior Fellow & Mentor, IGBC Karnataka, actively participated in the event as part of the Exclusive Leadership Plenary and contributed as a moderator for the session titled “Global Best Practices in Urban Sustainability – Opportunities for Karnataka.”
This dual recognition and leadership participation further reinforce Bearys commitment to sustainable construction and environmental stewardship in Karnataka.
