Bearys Group Wins CREDAI National Real Estate Excellence Award 2025

Bearys Group has been honoured with the CREDAI National Real Estate Excellence Award 2025 in the category of Best Sustainable / Eco-Friendly Project Commercial for its landmark development, NTT Data Center Park, Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

The prestigious award was presented at the first-ever CREDAI National Real Estate Excellence Awards, held at Taj Palace, New Delhi, on 19th December 2025. The inaugural edition witnessed participation from over 500 developers, with more than 800 projects submitted from across India. Following a stringent evaluation process, 175 projects across various categories were shortlisted, out of which only 25 projects emerged as winners, making this recognition a moment of immense pride for Bearys. The award was received by Mr. Siddique Beary, Deputy MD, Bearys Group.

The award recognises Bearys Group’s excellence in the construction and development of one of India’s most advanced and environmentally responsible data centre projects, designed and executed in line with global sustainability, safety, and engineering standards.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Siddique Beary said,

“Winning at the very first edition of the CREDAI National Awards, amidst such strong competition from across the country, is a truly proud moment for us. The NTT Data Center Park reflects our strong commitment to sustainable development, engineering excellence, and responsible construction practices.”
