Bangalore: In keeping with the Bearys tradition the New Year began with an annual event where the office staff from all Bearys offices and project sites in Bangalore, Mangalore, Shimoga, Mumbai and Chennai gathered along with their families. The C&MD, Mr. Syed Mohamed Beary addressed the gathering, reviewing the past and the challenges faced in the previous year and set the road map for the year ahead. A presentation also encapsulated the past, the present and the future.
It was a day of for Rewards and Recognition for meritorious service – best employee for each project, best performer of the group, long service of 10 and 20 years & above etc. Funds were also disbursed to meet the educational expense of employees children. Gift cards were distributed to all the attendees. This year newlyweds were also felicitated, and the birth of new-borns was also announced with attractive cash gifts for both. A professional Motivational Speaker Dr. J Sampath delivered an inspiring speech. The meet ended with a sumptuous lunch and fellowship followed by host of recreation activities (games & sports) for the staff and families to regale and make it a memorable event.
